Shipping policy

Where we ship. We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Cost. Standard shipping is free on every order.

Processing. Orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days.

Delivery times. Items from our US warehouse usually arrive in 4–11 business days. Items from our international warehouse usually arrive in 6–15 business days. Each product page shows an estimated delivery date. These are estimates, not guarantees.

Tracking. You'll get an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Lost or late parcels. If your tracking hasn't updated for 30 days after shipping, or your parcel is marked delivered but you didn't receive it, email furblisspetshop@gmail.com and we'll resend it or refund you.
